Questa bellissima casa di Seacrest Beach è piena di colori e arredi beachy che rendono impossibile dimenticare che stai in paradiso. Il concetto di apertura del piano principale consente di stare insieme in famiglia ed esperienze condivise. Sei adulti possono dormire comodamente nei letti king mentre i bambini hanno la propria stanza a castello. Il bagno al primo piano dispone di una cabina doccia. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia, doppi lavandini e una vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno per gli ospiti al secondo piano ha separato i lavandini di lui e lei con una vanità di trucco in mezzo. Una torre camera al terzo piano con un divano accogliente e balcone offre un posto per vedere i tramonti ei tetti. Direttamente fuori dalla porta sul retro troverete una grande piscina privata con tanto spazio per l'intera famiglia. C'è anche un tavolo a bordo piscina; perfetto per cene di famiglia. Un sacco di parcheggio è disponibile con spazio per tre auto nel vialetto.

Se riesci a portare i bambini lontano dalla piscina, sali sul tram gratuito per un veloce servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Excellent property and location. My two suggestions would be 1) provide beach towels and 2) kitchen furnishings were sparse and somewhat an afterthought 3) get plastic wine glasses for the pool area

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is our 5th time staying at the Loopy Crab. The size and location of the home is perfect for my family and friends. We absolutely love the private pool and surrounding area. The neighborhood is perfect for bike riding and walking.

Blue Crab PARADISE

My family enjoyed our annual Father’s Day weekend beach getaway to the max. The Seacrest community was the ULTIMATE vibe for all ages in our group of 10. The right Seacrest property/grounds were emasculate!! The Loopy crab house was PERFECT and very spacious. I messaged the host with a few questions and received a response in record time. Having access to bicycles was amazing. My family suggested I book the next few years ASAP at the same location.

Lovely beach vacation getaway

House is very nicely decorated and conveniently located near the tram stop and community pool. The private pool is wonderful - I’ve never even gone to the huge community pool given the private pool and fenced yard. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with nice linens. The kitchen has a good selection of utensils and cookware.

Family Vacay Time

Family time for parents, 2 kids with their spouses, a teenager and 2 year old. Great location, could walk everywhere easily. Resort pool was nice and having our own pool to enjoy was even better. Roomy house, equipped with everything. Parking for 3 cars. Truly enjoyed the visit!

This was a wonderful house for our family of 9! Everyone had a lot of space and the shared areas were great. Huge sectional with room for everyone to lounge after a beach day or swimming in the backyard or swimming in the amazing community pool. Bikes made it so fun to roam around Rosemary and Alys, as well as the Seacrest nature trails. Incredibly comfortable beds! Great house for our family ranging in age from 4 to 87!The only things I’d like to see improved is the pool light being fixed so we can see kids swimming at night better and I think a great improvement would be to add a bigger dining room table so everyone can eat at the same table at meal times since there’s room for a bigger table. Oversee had a lot of extras added that impressed us, from beach towels and to-go cups to all the shower and bathroom items. They were very responsive when e reached out to them. Highly recommend!

Lovely complex

The loopy crab property was beautiful. They have a couch on the third floor and there was a lot of trash behind it but overall the property was very clean. The pool was a plus. The complex pool was within a few steps from the house and it was huge.The only thing we had trouble with was the check in process. I was never told to get parking passes and arm bands for the pool and the beach. Other than that everything went smooth. I will be staying at the loopy crab again in the future.

This home was clean, family room was comfy for 10 people, the private pool was fantastic! After a hours at the beach, coming back to our own pool was a great way to hang out. We did not see any other houses at SeaCrest Village that had a private pool! 4 bikes included were well used too. Thank you Loopy Crab for a memorable vacation & celebration!

The stairs down to the beach are pretty challenging for young kids and older guests. No handicap ramp available to roll coolers or wagons down. Oversee Management was very professional and responsive. Better than any we have encountered.

The rooms are spacious and the three king beds are a nice touch. The large patio area in the back yard and the pool made for nice evenings gathering, swimming, and grilling out. We’ll definitely rent this house again. Oversee property management (Crystal) was courteous and prompt in resolving our maintenance needs and stolen bike issue. Word to the wise...bring your own bike locks because the kids have figured out how to go on YouTube and watch a video on how to pick the bike locks that are provided. A stolen bike will cost you $75.

Dirty

First on arrival the pool area was a mess beer caps and empty water bottles all over and the pool was dirty. The wash machine was leaking reported it the first day I was told they would send someone out asap they never sent anyone out. There was no iron as stated the floors was dirty inside the utensil drawer the was full of food crumbs or dirt. The property could be a very nice place to stay if they just took the time to CLEAN. The property manager told me the reason the pool area was not picked up was they have been dealing with some flash flooding in the area. I asked do bottle caps float to the top off the tables . I was asked if someone needed to come out to clean up I told them I already cleaned the area and the pool myself and it’s a good thing I did are I would still be waiting like the washer. The stove was dirty the drawer below the oven was filthy. I was very very disappointed in the housekeeping and response to concerns of the property. If they worked for me I would terminate their employment. Nice place with a company just taking advantage of the property owners charging fees and don’t do the work

Sofa was VERY uncomfortable and not in good condition, several lights were out, main bath upstairs tub was not functional unless you had all day to fill the tub. Faucet literally trickled.

The rental company was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! The pool is absolutely amazing and the house is located very close to the beach trolly pickup, the neighborhood pool and the restaurants and shops and very close walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

Only 2 things we were unhappy with: 1) Wish the grill was not charcoal, it was left full of old charcoal and very dirty, we didn't bother using it, not too much too add a gas grill. 2) the "loft" room is unusable without any shades on the windows-way too hot and exposed.

The kitchen is well supplied so cooking for all was good. We had a little problem with the A/C but maintenance came quickly and resolved it. We brought a card table and chairs for the extra seating we needed. We felt that the tile floors needed a good scrubbing. By habit, our grandchildren left their shoes at the front door and were barefooted inside the house. Their bare feet were always very dirty on the bottom.

Every kitchen utensil you have at home, they have it. All toiletries, bicycles, games, tv's, it's all there. This made our stay so nice, easy and comfortable. The layout of the house was very accommodating to different family situations. We hope to stay here again in the future, and bring more people next time! I didn't even realize there were 5 bedrooms until we got there.
