"The Nest" Beach House in Mexico Beach con vista sul Golfo e solo 100 passi per la sabbia!

Recentemente rinnovato dopo l'uragano Michael. La casa al mare "The Nest" è tornata ed è pronta per l'affitto. Molti dei nostri ristoranti preferiti sono aperti così come il negozio di alimentari locale in PSJ. Vieni a goderti il bel tempo della Florida ed è famose spiagge per animali domestici di sabbia bianca. Questo cottage è adorabile. Rilassati sul portico dello schermo sotto una fresca brezza di fan e guarda le onde, i tramonti e la bellezza del Golfo della Florida! Non rimanere mai senza ghiaccio con il produttore di ghiaccio di grandi dimensioni. Pronto per il dispositivo di raffreddamento della spiaggia! Goditi la nuovissima enorme doccia esterna per la privacy. Perfetto per lavare i bambini o gli animali domestici dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia.

Cammina per una delle spiagge di sabbia bianca più incredibili al mondo e ammette animali domestici. Pescare dalla spiaggia o portare / noleggiare una barca. Nuova rampa per imbarcazioni proprio lungo la strada. Un sacco di parcheggio per rimorchio e barca!

**** Possiamo noleggiare biciclette da 26 "BEACH CRUISER con telai in alluminio per $ 50 a settimana per bici.

Fammi sapere in anticipo se sei interessato al noleggio settimanale di biciclette.

Goditi lo shopping nei negozi caratteristici per regali unici e arte locale. Mangia i frutti di mare più deliziosi trovati ovunque.

Vai a fare capesante, crabbare, fare snorkeling o semplicemente sederti sulla nostra tranquilla spiaggia e leggere un buon libro!

Panama City è di 24 miglia a ovest, Mexico Beach è di 1/4 di miglio a ovest, Port St. Joe si trova a 12 miglia a est e Apalachicola a 35 miglia a est.

Fantastic Rental

Our host was fantastic! We had a small issue with the door, got in touch with Kevin (our host), he responded immediately. The location is great, so close to the beach, the rental is beautiful. Loved that we were able to take our fur boy with us. We took Kevin's recommendations on restaurants and food trucks in the area and they were all delicious. Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood. We will be returning to the "Nest". Thanks so much, Kevin!

The Nest is the best!

Our 53 day stay was amazing. We were a block away from the Gulf. We could see sunset on our screened in porch. The house itself was bright and sunny! We cook at home more than go out, and every thing we needed to do that was there. When we had a question, Kevin was on top of it, planning to return!

Long Weekend Fishing Trip

Great Location, very clean! Went down for a 3 day fishing trip with 2 friends and really enjoyed the place. Very convenient to boat ramp and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Perfect cozy beach house!

We loved our stay at The Nest! Kevin was super responsive before and during our stay with any questions or needs that came up, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The location couldn't have been better -- so easy to go back and forth to the super close beach access. The house was cozy but plenty spacious for our family of five. The ice maker was a small addition that made a big impact in ease of packing up for the beach and never running out of ice! It was also great to have use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys, as we didn't have to bring our bulky cart with us. Best of all, this was our first pet-friendly stay, and it was so great having our pup with us! One note: doors are all slatted (including bathroom doors), I'm assuming to help with air circulation. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for anyone needing more privacy. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The Nest

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked with what one would have in his home. The property manager was very responsive to an AC problem, and I was particularly impressed with the icemaker. It save me the task of running for ice each day to keep my oysters happy.

Awesome beach retreat

Cute & comfortable costal home with awesome mattress (stayed in master), en-suite, great kitchen, and screened porch - good sized space that also felt cozy. One block to miles of magnificent sugar sand beach. We didn’t want to leave. Would definitely rent again

Great cottage in a great location!

The house is clean and well appointed, having everything we needed. In addition to being only a block from a quiet, beautiful beach, the neighborhood was also nice for walking. The owners are helpful and responsive, and overall it was a great experience!

The Nest was ideal

Our Thanksgiving goal was to eat, relax and watch football. The Nest was the perfect place for that. Add the beautiful sunsets just steps away and we had a trip worth making into a tradition.

Amazing time!!!

just the right location! Pictures dont do justice everything you need we had such a great time cant wait to come back next year! Amazing host as well so quick to respond and sooo nice and friendly and helpful :) Everything you need to cook dinner relax and just have agreat vaction! We also could bring our fur babies which was even better!!!! See ya next year!

Love the nest!

The Nest is a cozy, peaceful haven within sight of the beach. My friend and I enjoyed staying there very much. I loved the outdoor shower! and I was so grateful to get to enjoy my vacation with my dogs. Kevin was a perfect host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The neighborhood is also very clean and peaceful. I didn't want to leave!

A great beach getaway @ the Nest!

We had such a great time at the Nest! It was so close to the beach, we loved being able to see the Gulf from the front porch. Everything was the way it was advertised on VRBO. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacay. The Nest was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 6. Our dog Wally enjoyed the home. It wad nice to be able to bring our dog down to the beach and play. Highly recommend the Nest and the Port St. Joe beach. We love this area because it is so much calmer and relaxing compared to the PCB and 30A area. Hope to return next summer!
