Mermaid's Retreat 30A is the perfect escape, with an unbeatable location just 100 steps from the beach access and along 30A between Alys Beach and the Hub. The 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 12 in beds and features a fully fenced in private pool, four complimentary adult bikes, new transitional/coastal decor, and gorgeous views of the sparkling Gulf from the third floor lookout.

The kitchen has everything needed for indoor entertaining, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, crock pot, and brand new dishes and utensils. There is seating for 12 between the dining table (8) and bar (4). Plenty of counter space and an open living concept makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure!

The home is fully equipped for families to spend quality time together, with a wide assortment of puzzles, books, kids books, DVDs and board games. For sports and TV time, the home has 6 TVs, with the largest (65") in the living room and a TV and DVD player in each bedroom. For those traveling with the younger set, we include worry-free plastic plates, cups and utensils, two baby gates, a pack and play and mattress, and booster seat. Additionally, there are no worries about safety, as exterior cameras are in place.

Mermaids Retreat 30A is located on scenic 30A, perfect for watching bike riders and viewing the beautiful Emerald Coast. Laid in a quiet residential area but close to all of the action, the home is located within walking distance to Alys Beach and The Hub (~1 mile, 5-7 min bike ride), which provide great family entertainment and numerous restaurants. The location is also only a short 3-5 minute bike ride from Camp Creek coastal dune lake and a 10 minute bike ride to Rosemary, with its incredible Sunday Farmers Market. Four adult bikes are provided for your convenience.

Now for the best part, the BEACH! Mermaids Retreat 30A is only a 45 second walk to a breathtaking quiet beach by way of the beach access across the street. There you will find the sugar white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. This is one of the best perks of the house as you and your companions can use the provided chairs and umbrellas to quickly go from the front door to having your toes in the sand, with the ease of running back and forth for lunch or a quick dip in the pool. The neighborhood beach access effectively serves the surrounding homes down Seacrest drive and has no golf cart parking, making it less crowded than many areas along 30A. You'll never be three rows deep here.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer with a minimum 7 night stay
-A 50% initial payment is due at the time of booking.
-Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
-Fully refundable $850 damage deposit required.
-Initial payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to arrival date.
-Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
-Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
-Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
-Bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must signed and received before code is provided.
-NO ANIMAL HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO ANIMAL policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION plus additional deep cleaning charges.
-NO Events, to include wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply, and Renter will be required to leave the premises and remaining rents will be forfeited.
