“The property is central located and easily accessible to all the sightseeing and the shopping markets ....loved the ambience ,food and hospitality..just if they would have a kids pool as pool on the top floor is 4.5 feet which is not k for small kids ...kids pool would have been an added advantage...else everything is good 😊”

“I was very confused about my choice before i arrived at this property, the rooms, view, hospitality and food all were excellent. We visited udaipur on a short relaxation trip and this lake view hotel has given us all what we expected from this trip.. i 100% recommend this hotel as a budget yet a very nice property..”

“The hotel is in a medium position, not far from the city palace with a tuc tuc, but not a walking distance. The service is very good and kind, really helpful but the hotel and the room are old and not in a good conditions. Sheets with a lot of spots and about the cleaning conditions....no comment. Poor breakfast.”

"We stayed at the Moustache Verandah hotel for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The only minor issue we encountered was that the hot water didn’t always work, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff—they are absolutely amazing. Always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. One morning, we had to leave early before breakfast service started, and they went out of their way to make sure we could still have a meal before our trip. It was such a thoughtful gesture. On top of that, they surprised us with gifts for our wedding anniversary, which made our stay even more special.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. If I ever return to Udaipur, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Moustache again!"

Camera grande e spaziosa, bagno confortevole.
La vista dalle nostre camere era molto bella anche se devo segnalare la presenza sui davanzali di escrementi di volatili, consiglio di prendere provvedimenti perché è un peccato vedere il lake palace e poi avere sotto un tappeto di sporco che non viene rimosso da tempo credo.
Cucina al ristorante buona, con un buon servizio.
Piscina molto grande ma dato il brutto tempo non l’abbiamo usata."

Non è l'esperienza che ci aspettavamo, mi spiace, avendo comunicato con largo anticipo la richiesta di una camera con vista speravamo che questa venisse presa in considerazione.
Veniamo ai servizi: il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnato in camera no sapeva far funzionare l'aria condizionata, ci abbiamo messo 30 minuti per farla partire. Stessa situazione per la cassetta di sicurezza, alla fine siamo riusciti a rilassarci dopo più di un'ora. Considerate inoltre che il wifi, presente in struttura, non ha funzionato mai durante i nostri tre giorni di permanenza.
L'isolamento acustico è minimo, alla mattina siamo stati svegliati dai venditori su strada.
Il bagno è molto ampio ma anche molto scivoloso (fate attenzione), inoltre la prima sera l'acqua aveva un odore sulfureo poco rassicurante, situazione risolta successivamente.
Infine, abbiamo chiesto all'hotel manager un check out anticipato per trovare una struttura migliore, cosa che ci è stata negata (mai successo prima d'ora).
In generale non è stato un buon soggiorno."
