Professionali, sempre gentilissimi, disponibili ad aiutare e risolvere i problemi del cliente anche oltre le loro mansioni. Lo staff migliore trovato durante 3 viaggi in India e decine di hotels. Il Parallel è la scelta giusta a Udaipur.”

“Service and Staff was excellent. They were very helpful and made every effort to fulfill our request. Food was excellent and they went out their way to make sure our daughter food was gluten free.

“The property is central located and easily accessible to all the sightseeing and the shopping markets ....loved the ambience ,food and hospitality..just if they would have a kids pool as pool on the top floor is 4.5 feet which is not k for small kids ...kids pool would have been an added advantage...else everything is good 😊”

“Hotel was ok, service not so good. We had 3 rooms, the safes were not working, only 1 towel per room and no toilet paper (had to request more). The Linen was not very clean. Very good location however with lots of places to eat nearby.”

“I was very confused about my choice before i arrived at this property, the rooms, view, hospitality and food all were excellent. We visited udaipur on a short relaxation trip and this lake view hotel has given us all what we expected from this trip.. i 100% recommend this hotel as a budget yet a very nice property..”

The service is very good and kind, really helpful but the hotel and the room are old and not in a good conditions. Sheets with a lot of spots and about the cleaning conditions....no comment. "Bellissimo hotel con una splendida vita sul lago e sul lake palace.
Camera grande e spaziosa, bagno confortevole.
La vista dalle nostre camere era molto bella anche se devo segnalare la presenza sui davanzali di escrementi di volatili, consiglio di prendere provvedimenti perché è un peccato vedere il lake palace e poi avere sotto un tappeto di sporco che non viene rimosso da tempo credo.
Cucina al ristorante buona, con un buon servizio.
