“It was a bad experience.no heater . No cleanliness. No one to guide u help u”

“Even after requested for swimming pool water cleaning it was not done...as water was so dirty not able to do swimming at all..also the swimming pool is only for kids and not adults as depth of swimming pool is only 4 feet max...it was not worth the money we paid...the room size is very small i cant even stand properly..while booking from the online platform it was written that kids can stay free..but when we reached reception they forcefully asked for kids id and charges us 1500rs..also not...

“First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...

“The hotel is not worth what you pay for it. The shower has no curtains so all the bathroom gets wet, the room is old and maintenance is poor.”

“High priced hotel with zero benefits, they even charge for coffee sachets and tea. Please avoid this hotel, highly disappointed with the service and the room size. The rooms shown in picture are much smaller than they appear.Nothing is complimentary in this hotel everything is charged except for parking. Only advantage is the location.”

“We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). ”
