“This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...

“Panglao Cliffside Resort is a peaceful, quiet retreat with a very thoughtful atmosphere. The food was carefully prepared and genuinely enjoyable, not just standard resort fare. “Our stay at Danbi resort was not particularly pleasant. The staff were very friendly and always wanting to help. The common areas were small but very pretty and relaxing. The environment was quiet too. Bed was VERY comfortable! One of the best we’ve stayed on. Unfortunately the rest was not so good.
