“Spacious, comfortable and clean place! Lots of beds for lots of people. Couch was super comfortable as well thank you!”

“Had everything needed for a couple of old guys going fishing.”

“The loft apartment was spacious with two bedrooms each having comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. Clean, with laundry facility, about 20-25 minutes to Bryce Natl Park. All in all a good place to base a stay in that area of S Utah”

“Property was good and Owner was amazing. Outside cleaning can be improved. The doors left open while checkin. So we are not sure whether somebody was inside also we dont have mobile signal so could not communicate with property owner.”

“What a wonderful home base while we visited Bryce! Location was excellent; off the main road (it'd be a walk, we ended up just driving over there) so very quiet while still being right at the Bryce entrance. House is much bigger than photos would suggest, with a dedicated work station with closing door. Extremely clean and comfortable, and my kids definitely appreciated the gorgeous playhouse and play structure in the backyard. They also enjoyed hanging out with the 3 friendly outdoor cats that...

“Quiet and clean!”

“We enjoyed our stay in Parowan! Centrally located to hit major spots in Southern Utah. The house was very clean on arrival. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and well maintained. We were able to visit Zion National Park the first day and went to Bryan Head resort the second day and rented side by side Razors to explore Cedar Breaks Monument. So much fun. It was nice to come back to the house everyday and rest. The back deck was covered with...

“Great place to stay when visiting Zion & Bryce. Highly Recommend!”

“We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located between Bryce Canyon (40 mins) and Zion (60 mins). We left going out hwy 14 and definitely worth a drive, very pretty and goes through Dixie Nat’l forest, Duck Creek and eventually climbs up to almost 10,000 feet and back down through a canyon. The house was nicely decorated, clean and they...

“This house is amazing. great location, clear instructions, house is setup for the guest with all supplies. And if you come around a clear sky day, you will be lucky to have a great stargazing time, it was the best of my life. we spent time night to learn taking pics of Milky Way and stars and it came sooo good. I recommended this house to my friends and also looking forward to come back sometime”
