SKI EQUIPMENT DRYING RACK & SAUNA
Personal storage to keep your ski gear organized & dry, with a private 2-person infrared sauna.


LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


GARAGE/PARKING
Single-car garage (space for vehicles 170 inches long & under only due to the sauna) and parking pad with space for one more vehicle. Additional parking space is available at the Copper Crown Conference Center parking lot (2-min drive away.)


THIRD BEDROOM
Please note that the third bedroom is located on the ground floor, through the garage.


ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama's Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a short walk to Pano's shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you're looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.


Please note that Panorama Mountain Resort charges a daily Resort fee (varies from $15-$35/night based on the size of the unit) to all guests of the resort. Unfortunately. we cannot reduce or remove these fees, and each unit in the resort is subject to them as of November 1, 2024.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

8. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Relaxing Mountain Getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay here! It is difficult to find spaces which can accommodate 8 adults comfortably, but there was ample living space and enough in terms of bedding (must be comfortable sharing lol). The whole house was very well stocked with everything you could need for a long weekend; shower toiletries, kitchen supplies, entertainment, etc. Having the washer/dryer upstairs was incredibly helpful for towels (there is no separate set to dry off after the hot tub). The finishes throughout feel very luxurious and the stockpile of yeti cups was an extra nice touch. Communications with property management was extremely smooth; we had one minor issue upon check-in which was dealt with within 10 seconds, and check-out was painless. The only thing I would suggest is some extra floor mats for the bunk bed room off the garage and some for the hot tub deck area and the door into the living room. We had to improvise so as not to leave drips and dust on the floor in those areas.

Convenient location

Property is new and as pictured/listed. The last phase of the complex is still under construction. It is across from the poma, very convenient for skiing. Check in is easy and host is well communicated. This condo has quiet hour, wishing our neighbors has quiet hour policy as well. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.
