“Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. “Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. The location of the hotel is at the centre of Kuching. Very strategic! I will definitely come back! Thank you so much Abell Residences! :) ”

“There was a fire in my bathroom and they moved me to a different room. The new room they provided the drain backfilled filling up the bathroom floor with sewer water. Make sure that you bring your own toothpaste and soap. Did I mention the cockroach’s? ”

“Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator...

“Quest'albergo ha recuperato una bellissima struttura che in passato era un collegio. E' posizionato su una piccola altura all'interno di un bel giardino. Le camere sono essenziali ma gradevoli. C'è una piccola ma piacevole piscina. Il personale e molto giovane, disponibile e simpatico. Ogni tanto qualche disorganizzazione comunque gestita. Essenziale la colazione.”
