“First room was a little musky smelling. Front desk was kind and gave me another room. Also smelled musky but better. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. ”

“What breakfast, and parking lot was safe. ”

“First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...

La camera, grande ma nella quale i piedi appicicavano a terra per uno sporco mai ben pulito ,mancava di lampadine; è dovuto intervenire l' elettricista per riparare l' impianto e mettere le lampadine. A questo punto abbiamo guardato le recensioni a 5 stelle lasciate dai clienti e ci siamo accorti che tutti questi clienti che le avevano rilasciate non hanno mai fatto recensioni in località lontane dall'hotel. Saranno forse gli stessi clienti che...

“It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!”

“Estancia pasajera con utilidades básicas. La habitación necesita remodelación. Desayuno básico. Olor en la habitación no agradable. ”

“Room was horrendous i had to go purchase my own comforter set and broom and cleaning products. The bathrom had urine all on the toliet and hair all behind it. Mattress had a horrible smell. The carpet was disgusting and filthy there were to big red spots on the carpet and it nasty. The floor and ceiling and ceiling fans were dusty. The worst place i have ever stayed. ”

“Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!”

“Room was clean. Staff were professional and nice. Breakfast was really good. Nice hotel, would stay there again.”

“There wasn’t a lot of hot food for breakfast.. the staff at night had her head down when we went to check in. She had to be woken up to check us in. The room smelt like cigarettes even though it should have been non-smoking. Tile broken in the elevator. And the room had water damage in the bathroom. Maintenance definitely not kept up. ”
