“The hotel was under renovation We could not go thru lobby we had to enter a side door and walk thru fitness center Our room had been renovated so the room was very nice and clean but the hotel in Reno mode was a mess. Even outside. Giant scaffolds and lifts. Mess. No pool hard to park Disappointing bc I had no idea when booked it would be like this”

“Arrived with a U-Haul truck and found no on-premises parking available for this size vehicle. Parking was not pre-confirmed, but it would help to know only single vehicle spaces were available. We parked on street near hotel.”

“The property was decent. Our room was clean and the workout room was good. The biggest negatives for us were: 1) non existent water pressure in the shower-I don’t know if this is the shower head or a problem with pressure throughout the hotel, but it took me 40 minutes to shower and get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (I usually take 10-15 minute showers…it really was just a trickle of water and ridiculous)! 2) breakfast - the options were great, but if you weren’t there within the first hour...

“Nice physical plant. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Facility does not recycle. I found this to be stunning and irresponsible. Water tastes and smells atrocious. Stopper for the sink inoperable and was not repaired. 2-3 minutes required for water to be hot enough for shower or sink use. Breakfast buffet is a good value. Menu was very nice with standard items. Staff was pleasant and attentive.”

“The room was large and comfortable. The bed was great. There wasn’t enough light. We enjoyed the two easy chairs, but were sorry there were only tall chairs at the desk. Us old folks can’t use them. Having a dryer was a godsend after we were caught in the rain! Fantastic breakfasts. We hope to go back.”

“Pricing was incorrect. Front desk staff had attitude about it. Automatic blackout shade not working and all I got was “ it has a cord you need to pull” and the nest day”oh sorry. “ Side door lock broken, so I got locked out.”

“Only thing I didn’t like was the a/c. It would come on and 10 minutes later it was too cold. It would go off and 10 minutes later it was too hot. Threw covers off and back on all night”

“Things I liked - free parking. I find it absurd when a hotel charges you extra to park where you’ve already paid to stay the night, so that was good. Rose was very helpful when we checked in and made sure we had what we needed. The room was decent enough, but rated down a star for 2 reasons. First is the extra slippery shower floor. There’s no texture on that floor and it is, in fact, actually hazardous. The second was the overpowering odor of weed on our floor. The smell was so thick it...
