Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219. 2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again. 3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and...

“The room was clean. However we had the room at the very end of the hall. It was inconvenient. But they said that that was the only premier twin that they had. The bathroom was not up to par. The water didn’t go down the drain, so it kinda flooded. It was hard to fix the water temperature, I had to shower a few times with cold water. The staff had to adjust the water heater for me.
