“The rooms were excellent. The best thing that I liked about the place are the service from people. Super friendly and courteous, there is never an answer of “no” or “can’t be done “. While I don’t remember everyone who helped us out, few names that I remember are, Ajeesh at check-in, Vijay at the restaurant, Prabhakar at th the reception are all excellent. “After a small hiccup at check-in, the rest of the time there was excellent! The room was very clean, the staff were lovely but the thing I appreciated the most was how the transport organised by the hotel was totally transparent. The sign on the reception desk made the options and payment amounts very clear. The driver we were assigned was courteous and friendly. ”
