Bed was made to perfection with soft sheets, lovely pillows and bedding. Bus stops right outside, on the same street, with buses directly to Massey University (one direction) and Airport (opposite direction), and all other main bus routes close by. Very close walking distance to the Plaza shopping centre, department stores, fashion stores, supermarkets, and dining...

“Nice location. Just outside of the main town area. If you're a light sleeper though, the sounds of the trucks may wake you up. But that wasn't an issue for us. Spa pool available for guests for short time (6pm-9pm).”

“All the physical things and facilities were practical and very good, but we were MOST impressed with the friendly willingness of the management and staff to allow us to drop off our bags etc, early (because we were attending a course at Massey University). In fact, they were good enough to let us complete check-in in the mid morning - which was really very helpful indeed. Thanks wonderful Team. . . : )”
