Each and every employee welcomed us with a smile. They are an incredible team/family. The space was perfect and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the bed was super comfy. Property was clean and comfortable, nice little bungalows surrounding a pool, lovely and boutique within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely and quiet. "Usually the choices on hotels.com don’t let down. Here unfortunately it did. The hotel might’ve been a 4 star experience a decade ago but it’s been let down by non-existent maintenance; general upkeep is poor, service is mostly missing, restaurant/bar is of a 1-star hotel.
The pictures look MUCH better than reality.
We’ve travelled quite a bit and this is honestly not a 4-star hotel. A shame.
