“Struttura che è molto impattante all'arrivo, poi il personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile, la camera con una vista invidiabile lo rendono gradevole. “I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

“Great staying in summer season, I'd really recommend this hotel. Very nice staff, clean and big room and bathroom, balcony with mountain view. Restaurants, shops and facilities very close. We parked our motorbike really close. Pool is surplus, and also the SPA, but too hot for me!”

“We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...

“Appartement idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Situé en plein centre de la station, au pied des commerces, remontées mécaniques et activités, l'emplacement est parfait. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire, les pièces sont bien agencées et la cuisine est fonctionnelle. L'accueil a été très bien fait, rapide et efficace.”
