“Hotel molto grazioso, pulito e ben tenuto.

Personale gentilissimo. Colazione ottima. Comodissimo parcheggio.”

“Reception poco disponibile ; check in lento;”

“Safe and pleasant location, and thank you to the team for being flexible with us at dinner. However, we were disappointed by a few things: being charged for small items like a laundry bag, unstable hot/cold shower water, not being able to open windows or use the balcony because of mosquitoes, and the dining terrace being too hot with no fans. Vermieter.Zimmer soweit o.k..

“Tutto magnifico! Consigliatissimo!”

“Nice place , great staff. I’ll go back again”

“A due passi dal centro ”

“Tutto perfetto, grazie allo staff”

“We loved the hotel. The room was larger than expected with a small balcony and dark blinds to keep the light out at night. The staff were outstanding. They were all extremely professional, delightful to speak with, and had the right dash of humour. Nothing was too difficult. Breakfast wasn't over the top but fresh and tasty. There is a walk down into Lugano town and a walk back up the hill. I came here because it is close to the train station. I brought my 84 year old mother and she was able to...
