Hotel a Parco Acquatico Aqua Marina

“There is no “free breakfast” it’s fraud. When my parents went and requested they flat denied. My parents asked for giving this denial in written, they denied this as well. I contacted Expedia representative who called up the hotel and they denied the representative as well. The amenities were 0 (not lacking 0). No soap, nothing. Location is good.”

“ Fantastic hot breakfast served everyday. Variety options available for dinner. Staff are caring and courteous. Rooms are great, had a comfortable stay. Would stay here again during our next visit ”

The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. ”
