“This hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The rooms were very clean and very spacious! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express!”

“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“The room was way smaller than it looked it the photos. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk around with socks on or barefoot without our feet getting dirty. I had to mop immediately , I was so disgusted. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The staff was friendly. My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.”
