“Clean room, nice staff, Cant rate breakfast-Didn't have breakfast. Found 2 Circle K stores nearby. Fold out sofa mattress was rather thin. Elevators are slow. ”

“Nice family resort with plenty of small pools to relax besides the main oasis water park attraction. Prepare to carry your own food, water as the water park food and restaurants are expensive. Pro tip - pickup water and freshly made (even gluten free) sandwiches from sprout market!”

“The fire pit was only turned on 1/4 nights. Garbage under the bedside table. No linens for the pull out bed, and only 2 towels. The front desk people were pretty rude. Rude when i asked for linens for the bed. Rude when i asked for towels (we had 2 adults and 2 kids 2 towels weren't enough) and the rudest was the checkout lady who acted like we were disturbing her by talking to us. Practically glaring at us. The older lady who did breakfast most days was super sweet though! Everyone could take...

“This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

“parking was insecure. bad neighborhood. stayed 3 nights there were 3 loud fights and 1 arrest by police. no human staff day or night.. only clerk in india to check-in. key not functioning 2x reset daily. sink/toilet/tub dirty. bed mattress very thin. linen dirty. no refrigerator, microwave in room. sode machine not working.”
