“The room was disgusting stinky there’s nothing red plus about it. Overpriced for this room room was dirty. We were short on towels. Bedsheets are dirty hair was clearly that they never washed the bedsheets. I was disgusted. I was just so tired. I didn’t wanna argue with the staff. The staff was great. That’s the only thing that made me give two stars out of five.”

“The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, something for everyone! Complimentary Papa John's pizza each evening in the lobby was a very nice surprise! Rooms were clean, no complaints at all! After check out, I did notice on my invoice that they charged us for parking each evening even though we did not have a car. I called the front desk and they agreed to remove those charges. Certainly would choose this hotel again.”

“the bad review is based mostly on the fact that Motel 6 in Tempe double charged me. I pre-paid as I planned my trip months ago. In late May I arrived for check-in and was billed for the night. I protested that I already had pre-paid and had my copy in hand confirming that. The worker at the counter said some crap that my credit card was not on file or something like that. What we actually experienced was shocking.
