Hotel vicino a Parco Acquatico Palm Bay - Giacarta

“Molto bella e comoda”

“Per usufruire del servizio navetta bisogna andare al terminal 3 dell'aeroporto. Ottima accoglienza, buon materasso e cuscini, wifi ok, colazione ottima. Molto bene tutto.”

“plus points: pick-up and drop off to Airport, good breakfast even if not really ideal for eastern customers, front office good. Negative points: NOISY all the time even if me at 5th floor, people all the time talking in the rows and really unquite ambient. I am old customer of this hotel since "quarantine time" but sincerely I doubt to come again here”

“Would give a 0/10 if i could. the room was dirty with stained sheets, mold and someone elses towel and toothbrush were still there. People were smoking in the „lobby“ and rooms and it smelled everywhere. People at the reception didnt speak any english so communication was limited. ”

“Complicated check in system, property is dirty, stinks and air conditioning not working properly ”
