Hotel vicino a Parco del Palazzo Reale - Phnom Penh

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much that I ended up extending it. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly amazing and helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the location is highly convenient—close to everything you need, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.”

“The place was beautiful but the stairs you need to take to the second floor are a bit obnoxious. Twisted stairs makes getting luggage and items up and down very interesting. Other then that it was a nice hotel.”

“The hotel is just great, no other words. Everything was well presented and clean, both the room and the common areas. The staff was really kind and they quickly helped us with our requests. Everybody spoke good English. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices, both sweet and salty. If we'll go back to Phnom Penh, we'll stay here again for sure. They truly deserve the best! ”

“Tutto perfetto hotel di classe personale preparato camera grande è perfettamente pulita , piscine splendide posizione eccezionale”

“The customer service and attentiveness of the staff was extremely helpful. This was our first visit to Cambodia and the information and recommendations of the hotel staff were great! We were able to see many things and explore some local spots as well. The Walking street and Night market were really cool and a few steps away from the Tao Riverside Residence. The Central market was also close by. Our family looks forward to returning.”

“Our stay here was OK. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. The staff were friendly but not attentive, we had to keep waving them down to get their attention at the pool. The breakfast was ok, just a standard buffet breakfast. Lobby was impressive but rooms were ok, clean. We booked a driver with reception which was a rip off so would recommend just booking a grab at a fraction of the price.”

“Traveled Cambodia will always hold a special place in my heart, as it is my motherland. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice this year, once in March and again in August, and both experiences were wonderful! What truly stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They even helped me search for a photography studio for a photoshoot, contacted several vendors on my behalf...

“stunning in every way you can imagine; you will not be disappointed if you stay here. Fabulous service from Monysa in main restuarant; she sets the standard for how a breakfast service should be run at a premium hotel.”

“tutto bene”

“Eravamo di passaggio per due notti prima di andare nelle isole e siamo ritornati per altre due notti al rientro. Hotel tranquillissimi con una piscina sul tetto stupenda”
