“The property is so tranquil and relaxing with beautiful views of the valley & river. The hosts Paul & Valeria made us feel so welcome. Very friendly and helpful with all our needs. With only 4 rooms currently, the place is intimate and at times all to yourself. Beautiful infinity pool, wood burning hot tub & sauna all with outstanding views. I would love to return when everything is in bloom. Highly recommend Quinta de Raj!! ”

“Incredible stay Have never experienced customer service like it, everyone went out of their way to help, the team were exceptional. The room was perfect, extremely well cleaned every day, and the views were amazing too. We stayed for 4 nights and ate there for 3 of them as the food was so good. Marlena is a wonderful cook. Kleine Snackkarte für Abendessen und der hauseigene Wein war sehr sehr gut. Ideales Haus für einen Zwischenstopp auf einer Douro Tour - wir waren mit E-Bike unterwegs.”

“Views from this property were breathtaking! Hotel is brand new and immaculate. Staff was friendly bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were on the small side. There is no gym at the facility although there is a lovely spa. Location was great to explore the Quinta’s and vineyards of the Duro Valley. You do need a car or driver as uber is not easy to get. ”
