“Très bon compromis, belle vue, et petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux. Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel ”

“A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.”

“Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. “One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good”

“The staff are always pleasant, but the check-in stills needs speeding up. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, but when the race cars started the noise was excessive and showed that the rooms needed more sound-proofing.”

“Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for.
