“The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No standards of hygiene at all. Staff tried to charge me again when I arrived. Towels were dirty, lots of insects in the room, bed bugs in the beds, wardrobe absolutely stank, aircon not adequate for a big room, door lock was weak, fridge didn’t work and was filthy, loose wiring right by a shower head in the bathroom, very dangerous. “This was a classic bait and switch. The photos of the hotel may have been real but they were extremely old. To start with the opening to thr street is wide open, no door or other security measures. Anyone on the street can walk right in a up to the rooms which only lock with a standard key. It was dingy, dusty and outdated my first clue was the paper book check in.
