“The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No standards of hygiene at all. Staff tried to charge me again when I arrived. Towels were dirty, lots of insects in the room, bed bugs in the beds, wardrobe absolutely stank, aircon not adequate for a big room, door lock was weak, fridge didn’t work and was filthy, loose wiring right by a shower head in the bathroom, very dangerous. “Let me just say this hotel needs better management! I stayed at cheaper hotels in the hoi an area that had better service and ran better. Cleaning service would clean the room after noon each day. Dirty towels and cleaning stuff in the elevator. The rooms are decent. However the service just isn’t there”
