“夕食も朝食も、落ち着いたスペースで、工夫されて美味しいお料理をいただきました。スタッフさんの説明もわかりやすく、2歳の子どもがぐずるのも上手にあやしてくださり、オモチャや絵本を貸してくださり、申し訳なかったです。通りすがりのスタッフの方も、みなさん笑顔。温泉は、女性用だったので、微細な泡でミルク色になったお風呂や温泉を利用したミストサウナなど、気持ちよかったです。男性用のお風呂にはなかったと、連れから苦情がありましたが、女性主体の旅でしたから、ごめんねで終わりました。ホテルの中は裸足で歩ける気持ちよさも、他の利用者さんが指摘されていた通り。たくさんの工夫でもてなしてくれるホテルで、いつか行きたいと思っていた夢がかないました。ありがとうございました。”

“広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。”

“We spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the train station. The onsen were really nice, you have a great view of the town on the upper floor, after taking a bath. Private onsen is also very affordable (1000 yen). The breakfast was also great, traditional meal and also a buffet where you can get more stuff. Would definitely stay here again”

Supermarket and 100 yen shop also at the station. The hotel has great evening drinks free each night & was a hit on our stay trying Sake Whiskey & Wine. “This is my best one hostel going from tokyo to nagasaki. Super clean and you got all you need and more and at the right place and time . 7 min walk from beppu station. If you are planning to go to Tanayu or the hells this is your place. ”

“The check in process was complicated compaired to all the other accomodations we have stayed.there ead no welcome pack, dirty and worn out kitchen sponge, the photis on the internet are misleading, they advertise that there is a wash room upstairs but it was 2 tiny basins with cold water only. The onsen indoors was dirty so we had to scrub it clean to then use it, there was 1 mirror so the six of us were fighting for it in the morning. No umbrellas and it rained the time we were there.
