“This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had...

“The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine.”

“Great and amazing experience. Value for money. 5 star experience and for the price, it was really a steal. Only complain is the distance away from amenities as it was quite secluded and you need a car to access this resort. It’s not easily accessible by other means of transport.”

“Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!”

“Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do.”

“This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property ”

“Dirty apartment, all the drains blocked showering for more than 2 minutes was not possible as you’d flood the bathroom, utensils are dirty and floor was oily. Kettle had old left over water from someone else ”

“The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean.”

“We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. ”
