“It was clean, rooms were large, everything was perfect.”

“We booked an upgraded king room and when we arrived it was one queen. Went to front desk and the guy showed us a queen room so then we showed him ours. He insisted on arguing that it was a king even though the two beds were the same. Seemed crabby and didn't want to deal with us. Didnt want to make him any more mad so just bit the bullet. Then the room we were in had roaches and other bugs. We kept towels under the door because of that. And our bath tub looked liked it was already used. Way over...

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“Breakfast was good, little pricey, for what was offered. Everything else was great.!!”

“Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. There was a small issue they caught before our stay where they had accidentally double booked. It was a busy time because Appleton had recently been hit by a tornado so the hotel was taking in extra people that had been displaced from their homes. They ended up being able to accommodate us, which I greatly appreciate. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the shower had the most pressure I have ever experienced in a shower anywhere. Keep up the good work!”

“Check in was at 3 arrived at 4 told room not clean yet came back at 930 no clerk had to wait for one to show up to check in.room had old worn out furniture one of the walls had an area covered up that needed to be painted carpet in terrible condition ”

“A good choice for the money. Comfy room with nice bedding, good water pressure and decent amenities. Functional pool and hot tub. The only sore spot would be the rather stale and stuffy air in the room.”
