“Breakfast menu was great for a continental breakfast. The room was clean.”

“Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.”

“We didn’t feel safe or clean so we left and got another hotel room. The front desk attendant was kind. The hotel smelled so bad of weed and cigarettes, we couldn’t stay.”

“I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ”

“Everything was close by the hotel.”

“I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude. ”

“Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...

“The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you're fat, like me, then it took a while to roll out of it. The restaurant selection needs to improve too. The Hydraulic Bar was pretty lame when it came to food selection. The front desk staff was really good.”

“Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place”

“Dirty room, broken loud bed, sunken in room floor which makes the bed creak and echo in room, broken elevator- disabled walked 3 flights to room, construction in community areas, breakfast out in open of construction- dust and dirt everywhere, price was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR STAY, ROOM, AND BUILDING!!”
