“The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. “The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty unremarkable, coffee was dishwater. Wish there was a clock/alarm clock in the room. Basically rooms could stand an update.”

“Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money.”

“Very attentive and cordial staff, even with a super late check-in. Hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Great location! Would happily stay there again.”

“Checked in late and staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Shower was a little difficult to operate but was able to get it figured out, knob was loose so it was either freezing or burning hot until we got it figured out. Tv remote didnt work with channel up/down but we were not there long so it wasn’t an issue. Could input channels.”

“The check in staff Thursday was wonderful. Room was ok not enough towels for 4 people had to ask for more. Staff brought 2 towels which gave us 4 towels for a 3 night stay. Evening staff on friday night when ask for towels was rude. Again bought 2 towel for 4 people. Had to ask again for towels. Saturday had to ask for toilet paper. Pool not in service not hot breakfast just muffins. There was alot of shady people in back parking lot. I would not stay again unless things improve drastically”

“Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”
