“We enjoyed our stay. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom and shower were also big and clean. Loved the little coffee bar they had set up. You could get it 24/7, which was awesome. Most places shut it down, and for the free breakfast, it was actually quite a large selection. Very surprised, pleasantly surprised, with how well everything was.”

“My kids do travel sports so we stay in quite a few hotels. I honestly dont know where to begin to even start. My room had no TV, even though pictures showed a TV. Check in was horrible, staff were not very welcoming. I got the 1 bedroom room with 3 beds and a pull out couch. I shut my bedroom door then proceeded to get stuck in the room almost breaking the door to get out. Same goes for the door to get in the room. There were no sheets for pull out bed had to go and retrieve ourselves. There was...

“Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”

“Great location in Oxford! Walking distance to uptown, Miami University, quiet property, outdoor picnic table space. Pet friendly!!”

“It was fairly clean and INEXPENSIVE compared to other hotels in the area. The wifi did not work at first. No one was there when I went to check out. OVerall, it was good for the money.”

“The only good thing was the staff and the neighborhood. The carpet in our room was sticky and turned a white towel black. The main door to the room didn't close properly so we had to make sure it latched every time we entered or exited the room. The bathroom door wouldn't close at all. The whole room felt damp. I've stayed at red roof inns that were cleaner and more secure. Never again will I stay at a LivInn”

“The check in staff Thursday was wonderful. Room was ok not enough towels for 4 people had to ask for more. Staff brought 2 towels which gave us 4 towels for a 3 night stay. Evening staff on friday night when ask for towels was rude. Again bought 2 towel for 4 people. Had to ask again for towels. Saturday had to ask for toilet paper. Pool not in service not hot breakfast just muffins. There was alot of shady people in back parking lot. I would not stay again unless things improve drastically”
