“Finally a 5 star accommodation thats actually 5 star! A beautiful place to stay, everything was clean and tidy, and comfortable. Super handy to all the amenities, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend, we would definitely book again.”

“Nice tidy place and friendly hosts”

“Will visit again.”

“Close to all amenities.”

“Beautiful, peaceful and worth every cent. We had a wonderful stay at Hanmer Glamping and would happily book again. The dome was beautifully decorated, with lovely touches throughout that made it feel really special rather than just a place to sleep. It was also much more spacious than we expected, so we had plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The highlight was waking up to the mountain views each morning. It's so peaceful out there, and we had complete privacy for our whole stay, which...

“Lovely site; clean room. A nice garden area we unfortunately did not make use of. Smooth logistics.”

“Pet friendly Great location ”

“It was very unique, my wife described it as cute, we were there only one night so it was fun, wouldn’t want to stay for a week though.”

“Finding the house driveway to the property was a nighmare..i think instructions would be helpful, as the property is on a main road but entrance is tucked away down another street and if you are unfamiliar with hamner it wasn't simple to find, I had to ask the hotel next door how to find it.Otherwise our stay was lovely, very warm house.”

“Beautiful serene visit. Cottage is super cute, so beautifully presented and in a peaceful landscape.”

“Convenient location, warm, every thing you needed was there, really great spot. The aircon may need a service it was a bit noisy at times.”

“This was perfect for our family of 3. Very cosy, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Close to town/walking distance. The host was great and responded almost immediately to any questions.”

“A thoroughly wonderful spot - clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, peaceful, very well appointed inside and out. All communication is very prompt, helpful, thoughtful and clear. It's clear that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into every aspect of hosting at Totara Lodge. My only regret is that we could only book for 2 nights! Thank you very much :)”

“clean, easy access, close to town, comfortable”

“The room was spacious with all that you need. Loved the spa bath. Was given an extra duvet as it was cold. If you’re a cold bunny like me I suggest you take an electric blanket as my husband purchased one for me in Hanmer. We were provided with an extra warm duvet from the hosts and a box of chocolates. It is very peaceful with a decent decking area overlooking farmland. Well maintained grounds and space for children and dogs. We even took my rainbow lorikeet who was a hit. Very friendly hosts....
