Hotel vicino a Parco Giochi Children’s Pleasure Park - Southampton

“The staff was great - friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast on the premises. There was plenty of a/c which was most important. I paid extra to use the pool facility. The pool was small and crowded. Children were jumping in and no rules were enforced. If you want to cool off the pool is worth it but otherwise it wasn't great. Overall I recommend the hotel. Enjoy the food and great atmosphere at the bar.”

“There's no AC, one small fan inside the room Temp upper 90's..was assigned a room on 3rd floor- no elevator, stated " fully booked " though we were the first 3 guess to check in.,found a spider on the tub! Did not sleep/rest, checked out as soon as the sun rise !!! There's supposed to have breakfast, did not see or told where, found time in the room...starts at 7 am( cannot wait to get out ans wait. Been traveling for years, first time to have this experience/nightmare!!!”

“L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“This was very budget but the price reflects that. Good vfm. Only problem was landing light not working and the bathroom light also not working. ”

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“Building site, semi naked men drinking and lighting bonfires in the car park, litter everywhere! After waiting nearly 2hrs in 30° heat to get in our room, we booked elsewhere”

“Boiler not working hence no heating or hot water, could not have a shower and had to buy a bowl just to wash. Squatters sleeping on the sofas in the living room every night. Worst accomodation I have ever been in.”

“ALERTA FRAUDE. Edificio abandonado sin mantenimiento y sin personal, algunas habitaciones ocupadas por personas sin hogar y siguen vendiéndolas. Insalubre, cocina llena de basura, camas sucias. Mal olor y insectos. Por los alrededores del exterior había ratas enormes como ardillas. ES UNA ESTAFA.”

“Needs to provide a fan, the room was very hot, no towels or amenities, the pillows were messed up. Just Terrible!!!”

“This place was dreadful. The photos do not reflect the room. My husband sat on the bed and it collapsed onto the floor. He weighs 140 pounds so not a big bloke. On top of that there were no towels provided even though they are in the pictures. It was a hot day and we couldn't take a shower before going out. Do not stay here.”

“It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!”
