“don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Our hotel room was extremely hot for the first two nights of our stay. I called the front desk, and I was told there was nothing they could do because the maintenance staff had already left for the day. “We happened to take 2 rooms ,one of which was awesomely maintained and was so pleasant however the other room n 5 th floor was not clean and had dirt in while entered the rest room nd hair hair all over the bath tub and the bedroom floor were not cleaned it had crumbs from previous stay i guess , also had a weird smell when we entered ,not happy with our 5th floor room, wish it was clean as it was advertised, food options also were very minimal considering the hub quite disappointing, also the...

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
