“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

We did both of the private onsens and they were awesome; One option is a wooden bath and the other is a stone bath, both options have an indoor and outdoor bath. “The overall vibe of the hotel is kind of lived in and quiet. It definitely needs a little update here and there while still being able to preserve the aesthetic of Japan culture and touches. There was only one other guest staying but for some reason it showed as completely booked out. Unfortunately, the showers and onsen has select opening times so you couldn't shower either in the morning or evening, it was one of those times and can't remember but that was slightly inconvenient.
