“The best part of this resort honestly wasn’t the waterpark — it was the kids’ room. Brad, who runs it, brings such a thoughtful and intentional approach to what he does. He wasn’t just supervising; he was truly engaging with families. Most days he ran the kids’ room from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and even helped each family create keepsakes from their trip, which was such a special touch. “Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle.”
