“Very welcoming friendly staff member on arrival, check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean tidy and quiet. We were right beside the airport and didn’t hear a thing. It was very peaceful and quiet. We had a problem with not being able to work the TV, we contacted reception. The staff member came up immediately and fixed it for us a straightaway. “Check in took forever for them to find a key, the blanket on the Queen bed had what I *hope* was a thick chocolate stain. There was a melted lolly(?) on the floor that I only saw when I stepped in it, and a cockroach on the wall during the night that I had to kill. And the smells! The room had a terrible odour, and the spray fragrance in the hallway was so strong I literally had to breath through my jumper when leaving the room at all.
