“Breakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from . Staff were really helpful & friendly. Just what we were looking for at Elm Grove lovely & relaxing place to stay ☺️ lots of advice on places to see like caldey island which was amazing. ”

“The hotel was lovely and homely. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the lounges helped us relax after a long drive. The breakfast was a particular highlight with a fabulous menu and ours was excellently cooked to order. We'd highly recommend the Broadmead and would love to stay again.”

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”

Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place. Very nice!”

“Just a lovely cosy hotel overlooking the beach...fantastic bar area to have a drink in the sun....great location and the room we stayed in had a great view and was very nicely decorated and comfortable.”

“I booked on line which i wont ever do again ,the rooms are so small and badly decorated ,bathrooms need sprucing up very difficult with no shelves in bathroom ,also the stools by the kettle to high for the elderly to get up on ,i know it was a cheap price ,but honestly i would prefer travelodge ,decent chairs to sit on with plenty of teas ,coffee etc good lighting plugs by mirrors ,no tidy place to sit ,and advertising sea view had to stand on bed to see it. So for me we wouldnt stay there again...
