Parco Nazionale dei Tre Occhi: Tour e Visite Guidate

The staff was excellent, they are great. The room I was given was looking out balcony with half of it being the beach, where I had to lean towards my right to see it unless I stepped out into the balcony. The other half was looking at the sidewall of someone's balcony. Perception was the entire hotel was not sold out, customers that paid the same price I did got a much better deal when it came to the location of their room. Attention to details, such as the buffet - anyone that hasn't been at this resort would have a tough time searching for the buffet, tucked in the back of the buffet area without signs requiring to ask staff busy with other tasks. An example of another detail is the organization of the food in the buffet and labels for sauces next to the lemons - I have no clue what those were and one of them looked a sauce I'd put on steak/chicken but I didn't know what it was. The floors throughout the hallways need to be replaced with same flooring in the room or the stains will remain throughout the facility unless they are shampooed constantly. Water/drink stains throughout the common areas. There is no service to exchange currency. The front desk advised the casino or Banreserve, neither provides the service either. The beach was fantastic, great environment along the restaurant's pier (I assume that is not part of the hotel, "Don Julio"). Again, staff was fantastic - there are details remaining to take this resort to the next level.
