“Good location and friendly staff”

“This was one of my worst hotel stays. I felt bad for the staff as they tried very hard to be polite and apologetic when the key card had to be reprogrammed at least 10 times because it would not open our door, the no buffet breakfast one day because they forgot to pick up the supplies, the no coffee one day because they forgot to take it out of the freezer to defrost, the banged up walls in the hallways, furniture in our room that was missing drawers, marked up and dingy. “Very friendly staff, clean rooms and located 15 minutes from campus. Stayed for college graduation weekend. I have food allergies so breakfast bar limiting for gluten free and no non-dairy options. Coffee in the room was a plus with k-cups. Staff attentive.”

“As soon as I walked in I could tell the room was cleaned and disinfected. The staff were really nice and polite. The tables outside with the umbrella attachments need some maintenance but it didn’t take away from the vibe you get sitting out there. I sat there during the day and at night and the property was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning works really quick which was amazing during my stay because it did get hot out in the afternoon. There’s also ample parking spaces.”

“Please don’t stay at this hotel. Roaches. Mold in the bathroom and shower. Doors don’t lock properly. I was there for my son graduation at Fort Jackson and I so upset that we stayed at a hotel like these. This hotel needs no stars. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. ”
