“I throughly enjoyed my stay at La Posada. It backs up to the national forest and so there was a lot of wildlife around the property. The beach was about 2 blocks away through an easy cut through. Lots of restaurants close. The staff was wonderful and friendly. A cooked breakfast was free. ”

“At shoulder season prices this place offered a great value considering its ideal location. You're across the street from a beautiful beach and a 10-minute walk to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The office staff was helpful and the servers in the open-air restaurant were friendly. The rooms are in need of an update, but they're clean and the grounds are well maintained. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“The included breakfast is amazing—two courses! The bathrooms/showers are very tight in spacing, but there are bigger bathrooms in the attached restaurant section. Those bathrooms/showers are shared by all in the hostel, including those with private rooms (which was fine, never had to wait to use facilities).
