“If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. “Beautiful grounds”

“Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa 2/Dharma. Appartamento pulito, ben fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare e dormire. Presente acqua calda, fin'ora una rarità nelle strutture precedenti. Possibiltà di parcheggiare all'interno solo per due auto ma gli appartamenti sono 4. Ristoranti, parco e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Consigliata! ”

“Stanza ok ma un pò lontana dalla hall e dai servizi.Vasta scelta per colazione. Devi chiamare piu volte se ti serve qualcosa. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mettono telecomandi della tv universali e scadenti in stanza per paura che gli ospiti se li portino via. Abbiamo avuto dopo diverse richieste un telecomando originale che era malfunzionante anch'esso. Purtroppo col diluvio fuori un po di tv è l'unica cosa che tj salva..e invece...”

In the room adjacent to mine someone was having an argument for about 45 minutes. Yelling could be heard clearly in my room even with the door closed.”

“We stayed in the toucan suite. It was a beautiful site up on the hill, but the hike up there was a little tough. Stairs were not built for an easy climb. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were not enough of them. Our biggest disappointment was the food. The breakfast was great, but we had dinner before an excursion and it took forever to get our food. The salad was old and the rest of the food was just ok. Nothing special. They did however, discount our food somewhat when we parted...
