“I stay at your property quite frequently, travelling from Edmonton, and I’ve always enjoyed my stays. However, this visit was a little disappointing. I had requested a high-floor room several months in advance, as I usually do, but unfortunately, my request was not accommodated. I also had to change rooms during my stay.
As a regular and loyal guest, I would have thought that repeat customers would receive some priority when it comes to room preferences, especially when requests are made well...

“We had a terrible experience at Super 8 this weekend. I specifically booked this property because breakfast was included, but all they offered was a brown bag with a juice box, muffin, and fruit. No tea bags or proper coffee facilities were available.
We booked a room for four people but received only two towels. After requesting more, we waited almost two hours. When I asked about the delay, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, explaining that there was no housekeeping staff...
