“Breakfast was a joke not even enough food for everyone coffee tasted like boiled dirt all the had were bagels cereal that were not restocked as 7-10am went on so if you get breakfast at 9 you barely got any food.Forgot prescription glasses in the room called them. the staff which sounded like a woman pretended not to hear me hung up on me. called again staff didn’t look for the glasses just said they weren’t there when we knew for sure they were so we lost $400 glasses cause they were too lazy...

“Only one queen bed in the room, it was decently comfortable and the temp was easily kept cold in the room. Those were the only pros though, room did not feel clean, there was hair on the sink when we first got to the room. Bought a water bottle from the front desk and when I opened it to take a drink it had a strong musty odor, so gross. Only reason we booked here was because the rate was slightly more reasonable than the other hotels in the area but it is not even close to worth what we paid.”

“Stayed in the Bungalows. This was the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at and NOT worth it (over $500/nite). The staff were wonderful and I appreciated the bikes, umbrellas, chairs and happy hour, and breakfast was great but this hotel is run down. Stayed in a reg room. Sink would not drain, desk was broken, safe was broken, overhead door closer was broken. Awnings on outside of property are held together by duct tape that flaps in the wind. Maintenance was called, but we saw no...
