“The Eddy Taproom and Hotel was an oasis in the pretty mountain town of Golden. Clean, comfortable, modern room, well equipped with all you needed. The walking trail just outside the hotel was a fun way to explore the beautiful surroundings and a great way to walk into downtown Golden. Joey at the front desk was the best, helping us with all the questions we had and making sure our stay was wonderful!”

“This was a poorly advertised extended stay facility. Nowhere was this clear in the listing or booking. Clearly the room was smoked in despite being labels non smoking. The outlets did not work to charge phones and we decided to find a different accommodation without spending a night here”

“We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The only positive thing I have to say about the motel is the staff. They were very friendly and kind. The room was filthy. I did not feel safe. I would not stay there again.”

“"Newly renovated", the area, and posted pictures were the reasons we booked this hotel, but upon arrival to the property it was a completely different story. We had to change rooms immediately, and the second room still had cleanliness, maintenance, and saftey concerns. The property felt neglected rather than renovated, it was a totally scetchy atmosphere from the time we got there till we decided an hour later it was a safer choice to go somewhere else. Expedia had difficulty getting assistance...

This hotel had no blankets for the beds, no towels for the bathroom, had dirty sheets on the bed, no tv remote, no lamp shades on any of the three lamps, smells funky and the staff was only semi-apologetic. The front desk guy was okay but unreachable when the people next door cranked their music and partied until 5 am. We got no rest and left feeling dirtier than after a 10 hour road trip. This is a hotel for underage drinking and dealing drugs, if those things aren’t what you’re...

“The air conditioning was good. The bed and bedding was good. The shower was not draining. The pool was not open. The walls outside of our room had dirty fingerprints. The walkways and railings were dirty and banged up. Staff was good, but it was extremely frustrating for us that the pool was not open. The pool was clearly cleaned. You need to get the part for the disabled lift as soon as possible. The only reason we selected your hotel was because you had a pool.”

“The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!”
