“Perfect for our family weekend boating getaway. Plenty of space for our family of six. Easy convenient parking for boat. Super close to “downtown” restaurants and stores. We’ll definitely stay here again.”

“This property is all that it says. Very spacious. Lots of fun games. Maybe could use a few more children’s games. Plenty of games for adults. Common areas were especially nice. Lots of seating. The tubs are a dream. But not enough hot water for the size of the space. Pillows were very flat and kind of useless. Very dusty. Mattresses in basement were very uncomfortable. We found a dead mouse, recently caught in a trap, under a bed downstairs. Dishwasher doesn’t get dishes very clean. Lots of...

“Great location. Great price for a family of 5. Would have enjoyed a larger TV and better seating for us to enjoy at the end of the day of skiing. Some of the kitchen areas and bathroom floors were not very clean, but overall it was mostly clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Quick responses from Manager. We would stay again.”

“Not a good winter property. Two story with NO heat on the first floor (Kitchen, power room and dinning table) very small coffee pot (two pots needed for 3 people), address wrong in emails. Very good property manager( Matt), empty garage for vehicle especially during second day when it snowed all day and night, upstairs sitting area since 1st floor was too cold ( no heater) ”

“We had a great time staying here for our family reunion. Perfect open space for the family to gather, but plenty of privacy as well. Our only issues was the BBQ was really dirty and might be stopping gas from getting through - took a long time to cook. And we had to institute a curfew for the slide :) We would stay here again!”

“We loved being together to celebrate my husband's retirement. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just right and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, including a high chair! We also loved having multiple TVs for kiddos and adults. Great central location in Garden City.”

“Beautiful town home and perfect location. We walked to Le Beau's for shakes, it across the street from a grocery store and gas station, and it's 1/4 mile to Bear Lake State Park to launch a boat. Will definitely stay here again”

“This place was picked because the first place that was supposed to be, wasn't going to work! We were very excited to have grass that would allow for water activities, and the inside for the whole group for workshops. When the girls arrived the squeals of happiness were heard every where as they went to pick their sleeping areas. This place allowed privacy, and togetherness for all who attended. We really enjoyed this place for our camp.”
