Lovely little place in the heart of Paris.

Small, but totally sufficient for 2 people, its central location made exploring the city's famous landmarks a breeze, with cafes, bakeries, and shops just around the corner. Double glazed windows helped suppress any noise from the restaurants six floors down -- (things were very quiet when France lost to Spain!) Everything was just as advertised. Lovely place, would stay again!

Perfect. Simply perfect.

This apartment is beautiful, bright, and in the perfect location on Rue Cler. My husband and I were in Paris just months before and I knew I wanted to come back to Rue Cler with its open markets, cafes, restaurants and the boulangerie. My favourite memory of Paris is the fresh, warm, buttery croissants in the morning from the corner boulangerie just steps from the apartment doors. The Paris Perfect staff are wonderful. They greet you at the apartment, show you around, and are very responsive to any question you may have. The apartment, apart from being in the perfect location in the 7th, is well appointed with modern appliances, fixtures, washer/ dryer and Nespresso machine for quick perk before wonderfully fresh cappuccino or grande creme outside the apartment door. We visited in October, not cold but a bit damp. I was amazed by the heat from the towel warmer in the bathroom and wall unit in the living room - I'm inspired to get similar units for my home in Toronto! The balcony is a must. And wonderful to step outside for fresh air, feel the sun on your face and hear the bustle of the vendors and shoppers on the street below. I loved everything about the apartment. And they so kindly watched our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day in Paris before heading out to the airport. This apartment is worth every penny. You cannot be disappointed. Thank you to the wonderful people of Paris Perfect for making our vacation truly perfect.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

Very friendly, helpful team who made the experience easy and enjoyable. We loved the apartment. Clean, beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. We walked downstairs to the markets for fresh food every day, quick walk to the metro and we felt very safe! It was the a great first experience to Paris for my daughter (11) and me! Thank you

Fabulous Apt and Location

We just spent an absolutely amazing five days at this property in Paris. Stunning apartment and balcony!! paris With a phenomenal location that made it easy to explore Paris. The company are super responsive and made check-in a cinch. The only minor negative is the bed is very hard but it in no way impacted our stay. We loved the entire experience and would happily rent from Paris Perfect again. Strongly Recommend this Property!

Fantastic Rue Cler Apartment

This lovely apartment looks just like the pictures of it. It is located right in the center of Rue Cler and you only have to go down to the street and walk 100 feet in either direction to completely fill your refrigerator with the finest wines, cheeses, breads, chocolates, meats, dairy, fresh fruit and vegetables, etc. Jeusslin, right across the street serves fantastic (albeit a little pricey) pret a manger (ready to eat) dishes as does Davoli right across the street. Franprix and Leader Price small grocery stores supply all the things the stores on the streets don't, The boulangerie, Maison Julien, just down the street provides baguettes as good as the Grand Prix de la Baguette winners for 2019 and 2018--I know because I bought baguettes from all three and taste-tested them. You will think you are in food heaven on Rue Cler. The apartment has everything you need. The first two days we were there it was very hot in Paris and I could not find a fan in the apartment and so went out and bought one (the white one you will see there) only to find that there was an unconventionally shaped black one already there--I didn't recognize it as a fan. What makes this apartment go over the top is the balcony on which my wife and I spent all our time when at the apartment. Views of the dome of Les Invalides, all of Rue Cler, and the reflection of the Eiffel tower in the windows of the apartments across the street. Incredible! Now for what was not incredible: Paris Perfect partners with Victor's Taxi service and recommends them. We made arrangements with Victor to have a taxi pick us up at 6:55 a.m. just outside baggage claim at CDG. We got there right on time and looked and looked, and no Victor driver. We waited and looked at all the men holding signs with names on them (as our driver was to do for us)--no Victor driver. Finally, after 30 minutes of checking and re-checking for anyone holding a sign with our name, we just got another taxi on our own. The ride cost 55 Euros--Victor's was 75. About 1+ hour later, the Victor driver texted me saying that he was there waiting for me. He said he had been there since 7:05...no way as my wife and I checked over and over. Nice story to cover the fact that he was late. I discovered that I could not trust Victor to show up when agreed and cancelled my return taxi service with him back to CDG at the end of our trip. Do what you will but be forewarned about Victor. Take your own taxi!!

Dream Come True

It was always a dream of mine to rent a place in Paris to live like a local and this experience was that dream come true! The apartment was excellently maintained and clean and the location was magical. The large balcony was my favorite feature as I loved sitting out there every morning with coffee and a book and evening with champagne and charcuterie enjoying the views of the rooftops and the sounds of the people below. Everything one could need or want was located on these 3 enchanting blocks. The people of the management company, Paris Perfect, were very helpful and readily available to answer any questions. They have laid out clear instructions to the apartment operations as well as the rules. Please note that, while the other Paris Perfect tenants to the left of the apartment observe the quiet courtesy rules, the tenants to the right of the apartment, who are not associated, do not extend the courtesy so if someone is a light sleeper you may want to keep this note in mind. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would most definitely stay there again. Thank you, Paris Perfect!
