Questo è il mio piccolo 'terre pied à' a Parigi ... si trova proprio alle spalle del Museo Picasso ... 40 metri quadrati loft ... pavimenti in legno, ampio bagno con una statua lignea di Ganesh si affaccia; il posto è pieno di fascino ... si è permesso di parlare con i dipinti africani sulle pareti così come statue indigene della Colombia e del Messico ... il pianoforte verticale è leggermente stonato, ma il mio vecchio vicino al piano di sopra non sarà colpa per esso ...

L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato aprile 2013. Nuova cucina, bagno nuovo, nuova vernice, nuova luce, nuovo un sacco di cose ...

Il posto è molto tranquillo e fresco. Ha 'buone vibrazioni' ... uno di quei luoghi, per qualche strana ragione, basta sentire bene lì ... Questo è ciò che la gente mi dice comunque ...

Per situare l'appartamento, si sono a 30 secondi di distanza dal Museo Picasso ... Non descriverò il quartiere, è necessario sapere che ormai ...

Si prega di notare che non c'è vista ... Non aspettatevi di vedere la Torre Eiffel o Dio sa cosa altro monumento di Parigi; non lo farai.

E 'davvero l'ideale per una coppia; è un piccolo nido ... Il suo punto di forza: ha un cuore ... non è sicuramente il solito anonimo affito appartamento ... è po 'eccentrico, ma molto affascinante ... questo è quello che la gente mi dice ......

I loved everything about my stay. The location is fabulous and the host was wonderful. Paolo stayed in contact with me, everything was easy. The apartment was newly renovated, immaculate, with lots of storage space, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were lovely. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the building. This space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Paolo, it was an exceptional stay.

Apartment was as described, large studio in the heart of the Maria’s. Newly renovated, freshly painted and very clean. Lovely big, comfortable bed, easy to navigate washing machine and dryer, great little kitchen and a very welcome bathtub.Communication with Paolo was excellent with quick replies to any queries. Loved our stay.

Paolo’s flat was the perfect home for our week in Paris. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood in La Marais, close to great restaurants and fun shops. The flat was just as pictured and Paolo was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Paris.

The apartment is located in Le Marais, one block from the Picasso Museum. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the owner provides helpful information to enhance your stay. It’s within easy walking distance to two metro lines which will get you to any place you may want to visit in the city. Many good restaurants nearby and within a ten minute walking radius of the apartment. The apartment feels must larger than the stated size and was a great place to relax after longs days of sightseeing.

Simply wonderful. Our stay could not have been easier or better. Paolo is a very good host and communicator. We had no problems finding or getting into the apartment. We felt like we had our own slice of Paris. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need and is located next to cafes, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and had a remarkable time. This vrbo was perfect for us - location was wonderful with lots of restaurants and shops, and close proximity to metro. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a very quiet place to come back to in the evening after a busy day! We loved it!

Returning and Getting To Know the Extraordinary Marais Better

This is a one of a kind apartment, everything and more than the high expectations that the photos and information conveyed to us when we were looking for a place to stay in the midst of the Marais. For a week we thoroughly enjoyed re-visiting old favourites and finding many more, helped greatly by Paolo's recommendations. Paolo's rental would be our first choice any time we return to central Paris.

Stay like you live in Paris

I thought I would brave the RER from CDG and after a quick transfer and a 10ish minute walk I was there! I did get an Uber back to the airport though. Took about the same amount of time. The place is easy to find, has a code for the main door into the courtyard. A short flight if stairs up and you're right there. It's a studio apartment with a separate bathroom/laundry and separate toilet. I found the fan useful to keep air flow and the room cool. The bed is firm but very comfortable. I slept really well. Nice big pillows. The bathroom has a bath with a hand held shower, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need, and a table and chairs to eat at. TV, piano, books all available. I loved the location. Public transport is super easy to find and navigate with the ratp app. It's stay here again. The host was easy to contact and friendly.

Paolo’s flat was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, very well decorated and very comfortable. Paolo was phenomenal in communications for checking in, suggestions on places and things to do and checking out along with the apartment information. Highly recommend Paolo and his flat!

A Great Little Hideout!

Looking for a great place to stay in Paris? This is it! We were not sure what to expect in this area of Paris, but we found out quickly that this is the place to be! From amazing boutique shopping, first class museums, natural food stores, incredible cafe's and if you like night life-it comes to life here on the weekends! But do not worry as the apartment will be quiet. There is an excellent market a few blocks down the street with fresh fruits, meats, and a variety of food stalls selling Italian, Greek, Moroccan food and much more! A Jewish area is near by with fantastic bakery & falafels. Local music entertainment ranges from classical, at the cathedral, to hip hop at the bars and everything in between. The apartment has plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchen, bathtub with handheld shower, big bed with nice linens, a couch and a separate water closet. A washer & dryer just adds icing to the cake. The big Paris attractions like Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum are easy to get to by the metro. Nearest metro is just a few blocks away. The host is easy to communicate with and is always willing to help and give good suggestions. With all the crowds in Paris lately we had a comfortable and stress free time here. Thanks Paolo!!

Lovely studio

Perfect! Everything as described. We loved it. Great area (Marais) with lot of restaurants, little shops ... Easy access to the metro. Studio is large, very clean and one of the best equipped apartments ever, great! Very cozy and charming. Easy check-in and check-out. Very good communication just in time with the friendly host Paolo. No traffic noise or other - so we could sleep as long as we want. My wife loved the piano. We can highly recommend this studio and want to come back as soon as possible :) Rainer

The perfect hideaway in Paris

I loved staying at this property! The Marais area of Paris and the Apt is just great, super clean and easy to check in .Everything that you would want is there for you to use from the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. Paolo is an amazing host and always ready to answer any concerns you would have. I highly recommend this place .

A hidden gem, in the fabulous Marais!

We were quite lucky to not only find this gem, but were supported by a kind and supportive host! The neighborhood is fabulous. It is a real lived in arrondissement, filled with absolutely everything you could imagine to make you feel like you are actually Parisian; not a tourist.

Great little spot in the artist district

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! What a beautiful city and tons of places just a short walk from the unit. Once we were used to the metro and buses getting anywhere was quite easy. Paolo was an excellent host and great communicator!

Okay

It was adequate but not the lovely looking, cozy studio depicted in the photo. It was slightly run down and the art in the studio was, let’s say an acquired taste. However it was well equipped and had everything we needed. There was even a little food made available. I especially enjoyed the neighborhood. There was easy access to pick ups of Uber which we used a lot. Paola was especially communicative and prompt in his responses to my questions, which I greatly appreciated.

Good place to come home to

It was not your cookie-cutter VRBO. It was interesting and colorful and gave us the feeling that it uniquely reflected the personality of the owner. It was a good place to come home to after a busy day. This apartment is larger and more roomy than the pictures show because it has truly separate areas, including a kitchen area, a bathroom-laundry room combination, and a toilet room (water closet, powder room). The amenities are also ample. We particularly appreciated the washer and dryer. One more thing: There is no traffic noise even though you are in a busy location. Stayed there comfortably for the whole month of July and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in this very comfortable apartment. The location could not be beat…lovely and lively area day and night. The apartment is quiet, cool, and perfect for sleeping in on those mornings you just don’t want to get out of bed. It was well supplied with everything from umbrellas to kitchen items.
