Grazioso appartamento, 70 m2, molto calmo, situato in un grazioso viale privato del 16 ° arrondissement di Parigi al secondo piano con ascensore.
La metropolitana RANELAGH dista 200 metri.
L'accesso è molto sicuro, ci sono 2 codici per raggiungere l'appartamento e solo i residenti possono entrare in avenue des chalets.
L'appartamento si trova in un edificio Haussmann della fine del XIX secolo.
Composto da 2 splendide camere, un soggiorno, una cucina e un bagno, i servizi igienici sono separati.
Confortevole e silenzioso, nessun rumore della strada, è un appartamento di famiglia, mio padre è nato qui e ha piantato l'albero davanti alla finestra!

This apartment was beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. The host was welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed the location of the apartment as we were close to the metro and not far from all the sites. The neighborhood was quiet and more of a family friendly area. I really enjoyed our stay and would go back to this property in the future.

An excellent location for metro and amenities. Elegant apartment and very safe. Well maintained and recent improvements are visible. A few further enhancements would be welcome (more storage, winter curtains for example). Kitchen is very well equipped but little space to work.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming and spacious and in a great location just minutes from the metro, bakeries, cafes and shops on Mozart and Passy. It was a great home base to return to after spending our days exploring Paris. Gaelle was very pleasant and helpful when greeting us and giving us instructions for the apartment. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous location - steps to the Metro, cafes, and wine, cheese, butcher shops and bakeries. Lovely apartment with comfortable spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is very small, but we didn't cook much so it wasn't an issue. Valerie provided very thorough information about picking up the keys and so forth and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in time. Gaelle, who showed us in when we first arrived, was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Paris!

There is a great deal of security for this building. The key to the apartment sticks so it at times was difficult to get in. The apartment is near a metro as well as many shops for Butcher cheese, fruit and patisserie. A few good restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is laid out very strange. Noise started from the people in the upstairs flat above you at 6 AM every day. With a child running back-and-forth over your head. Thus not a relaxing stay. Paper products were scarce. You had a few rolls of toilet paper, we had to buy our own paper towel and toilet paper as it ran out. Limited kitchen pots and pans for cooking. It’s an old building that needs to be updated. Be careful when you walk as there is multiple beggars on the street regardless of the hour.

Paris getaway

We loved our first visit to Paris (my art major daughter was practically overcome and in tears at seeing the Louvre), and this lovely two bedroom flat helped make it much more enjoyable. The location was lovely and it was nice that it was secure with gates access, and it was very cute and charming, plus it was fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, which was just a few steps away on the very close Metro Station. The hostess was wonderful to communicate with and answered all of our questions, and someone was there to greet us when we arrived to welcome us and show us the property, and provide all the gate codes and keys needed. Would definitely recommend!

Charming and quiet

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We loved the location which brought us into a more residential part of Paris, but only steps away from the Metro. We loved spending the day touring the city, knowing that at the end of the day we would return to our quiet and comfortable apartment. Merci!

The door is hard to open and the lock is broken

The housekeeper did a good job. I appreciate it. However, the entrance and toilet doors were difficult to open, and one of the keys was not working. Also, this is not the problem of the accommodation, but the Japanese version of Vrbo's website did not state the check-in policy, for example, that 60€ is required after 7pm. If I had known, I would have arranged for an earlier flight, but it was an unnecessary expense, which was disappointing.

Peaceful and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is exactly as described and presented in the pictures. We loved the location that is so close to metro, bakery and restaurants. We learned that our grandmother was raised on the same street three blocks away and where she went to school. I didn’t know this before booking apartment. I will definitely rent here again upon next visit to Paris.

Super safe neighborhood and building. Location was wonderful. 1 block away from Metro, bakery, cheese, butcher, chocolatier, & grocery. Having the toilet separate from the shower/sink was a plus since there were 3 of us. Always had hot water and water pressure was great. Apartment had A/C (uncommon in Europe) which was a big plus but it was only in the central living room area. Had a washer but no dryer. It did have a large drying rack. Would have been nice to have extra towels since we stayed for 9 days. Elevator was not working when we were there and no one came to fix it. Word to the wise, pack light in case you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Apartment is on the 2nd floor but in Europe, the bottom floor is "0." So by U.S. standards, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
